How do you get fired up for the start of your day? Now that spring has finally arrived (spring are you listening?), there are plenty of opportunities to engage in indoor and outdoor physical activities whether on your own, with friends or your family. Even with a tight schedule getting kids off to school, and rushing to work, a dedicated 20 minute morning stretch, yoga/qigong routine, run, swim, bike ride or even a brisk walk with your dog (this translates to a 40 minute pug waddle with my two senior dogs!) can do wonders for uplifting mood and maintaining cardiovascular health.
